I found the new Kellogg’s Rice Krispies at Kroger today. Of course you have to deal with the texture thing. Otherwise they were allright.
Wonderful news! Williams Sonoma makes a fantastic GF flour named Cup-4-Cup, and it really works that way. I have made pie crust and cheese straws using my old recipes and making no changes except the flour. It is totally not grainy or crumbly. I challenge anyone to tell that these are gluten free.
Bad news is that it is a tad expensive ($20 for 3 pounds) but I will gladly pay for the convenience and quality.
